Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CTA Studio website, web editors and mobile application (together, the "Service"), operated by Oktra ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

CTA Studio lets you compose short vertical marketing videos from ready-made templates and render them as HD MP4 files. Editing and previewing are free; downloading a rendered video consumes one render credit.

2. Accounts & access codes

• No registration, e-mail or password is required. On first launch the app creates an anonymous account identified by a bearer code (format CTA-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX).
• The code is the sole key to your balance. Anyone who knows your code can spend your credits — keep it private. You can regenerate it at any time in the app; the old code is disabled immediately and your balance is kept.
• We cannot recover a lost code. If you delete the app without noting your code, the remaining balance may be permanently lost.

3. Purchases & render credits

• Render credits are sold as consumable in-app purchases through the platform store, in packs. Prices are displayed in the store sheet in your local currency before you confirm.
• Credits are not a currency, have no cash value, are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or the platform store's refund policies. Refund requests for store purchases are handled by the platform store.
• 1 credit = 1 HD video rendered and downloaded. If a render fails or the file cannot be saved, the credit is automatically refunded to your balance.
• There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

4. Your content

• You keep all rights to the logos, images and text you provide. By uploading them you grant us the limited technical licence needed to render your videos.
• You are responsible for having the rights to the assets you use and for the videos you publish. Do not use the Service to produce content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing or harmful.
• Rendered videos are yours. Bundled music tracks are CC0 or CC-BY; CC-BY tracks require the attribution line shown in the music library.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, abuse, overload or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, and not to use another person's access code without permission.

6. Availability & changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features (including templates) at any time. We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version; continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
